(I) Protection of User Personal Information

1.1 Protecting both user and creator personal information is a fundamental principle of this website. Digitas uses encryption for all information storage and transmission paths to ensure user security. Legal measures will be taken if information is leaked without the consent of the original author.

1.2 To use this service, you must provide certain information, such as your phone number, and agree to the terms for account registration. Providing incorrect information may limit your ability to use the service.

1.3 Generally, users can change their submitted data at any time. However, for security reasons (e.g., account search services), users may not be able to freely change personal information after registration.

1.4 Datalift employs various security technologies and procedures to protect user personal information and has established a management system. Any illegal use will be subject to legal penalties. The final registered phone number for new accounts and existing Digitas accounts cannot be changed.

1.5 Datalift will never disclose customer information to companies or organizations outside of Digitas without customer consent.

1.6 Individuals under the age of 18 must provide written consent from their parents or a police officer before accessing this website's services.

(II) User Responsibilities

2.1 Users must complete 2 sets of task before requesting a withdrawal.

2.2 Users cannot request a withdrawal while optimizing products.

2.3 Users cannot cancel or skip tasks.

2.4 If the user's account is frozen by the system due to a violation of the terms, they must pay 50% of the account balance to unfreeze the account. Once the account is unfrozen, the platform will return the funds in the account.

2.5 When a user's account balance exceeds $200,000, the withdrawal wallet must maintain enough liquidity to process the transaction. The platform will conduct a pre-verification process to confirm the user meets the eligibility for high-value withdrawals, including compliance with applicable tax regulations. Additionally, the fund ratio must be maintained between 20% and 30% to ensure transaction stability.

(III) Use of Funds

3.1 Contract: The terms of use for this contract will be based on what is explicitly stated in the account. Users must provide any necessary documents and information related to this website and comply with the attached contract terms.

3.2 This website provides terms of use to all users. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the relevant department for feedback.

3.3 The terms of use on this website are governed by trade agreements, and all terms are legally protected. If users breach the contract maliciously, the website reserves the right to pursue legal action.

3.4 The website reserves the right to modify all formal and informal conditions and has the final authority to interpret them.
